From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional cleanliness and warm hospitality. the staff, always with beaming smiles, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast at the Tyrolean-style "Zirbenstube" was a delightful experience. the wide array of choices, including exotic fruits we had never encountered before, made for a unique and delicious start to our day. the cozy atmosphere added an extra touch of Austrian charm to our mornings. Our room, a comfortable suite with a small living area and a luxurious marble-tiled bathroom, provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Innsbruck. the central location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the historic heart of the city, with landmarks such as the Golden Roof just a few minutes' walk away. the American Bar on the 5th floor offered a perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail while admiring the panoramic views of Innsbruck. Overall, our experience at Hotel Maximilian was nothing short of exceptional.
